A machine-readable snapshot is published alongside this page. Consumers must honor publication.state, validUntil, provenance, receipt, signature, and digest fields before treating any observation as current.
The signed keyId must match a trust root configured outside the feed; consumers must not accept a public key selected by the snapshot itself.
Schema version 2 fails closed: missing, stale, malformed, or signature-failed publications report current condition as unknown instead of preserving an earlier success claim.
